I have been writing down my ideas since I was eleven years old. Over the years I watched a good number of them come to market, built by somebody else. I took that to mean what it obviously meant: the ideas were sound. I simply did not have the means to act on them. I go through an ordinary day and register the small frictions most people have trained themselves to ignore, and I can turn one of those into a product idea almost immediately. Two decades in enterprise software taught me the rest: what genuinely has to be assembled for an idea to become a real thing that real people pay for. Artificial intelligence closed the last gap. Everywhere my own understanding ran out, it filled in. The bottleneck was never the ideas or the judgement. It was the ability and the means to bring them to life. That strain is gone. So I build the whole thing now. The product, the voice agent that answers the phone, the directory it lists in, the billing, the site you are reading.
